These Terms and Conditions apply to all veterinary services provided by The Vet Station, operated by Vetness Ltd (Company No. 11090631). By registering with the practice or requesting treatment for your pet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Vet Station is operated by Vetness Ltd. Practice address: The Vet Station 92 Walton Road East Molesey KT8 ODL
2. Our services
We provide veterinary services including consultations, diagnostics, medical treatment, surgery, preventative healthcare, and related professional services. All care is delivered in accordance with accepted veterinary standards and the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons Code of Professional Conduct.
3. Opening hours
Our normal opening hours are: • Monday to Friday: 8am to 8pm • Saturday: 9am to 5pm • Sunday: 10am to 4pm
Opening hours may vary on bank holidays. Details will be displayed at the practice and on our website.
4. Emergency and out of hours care
If your pet requires emergency or out of hours treatment, care may be provided by an external emergency service. Details of our current emergency arrangements can be found at: https://www.thevetstationmolesey.co.uk/services/emergency-service
Where care is provided by a third party, their own terms and conditions will apply.
5. Appointments and consultations
Appointments should be booked in advance wherever possible. We make every effort to run on time, however delays can occur due to emergencies or unforeseen clinical needs. If you are unable to attend an appointment, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible.
6. Fees and estimates
Fees are based on the treatment, time, expertise, and materials involved. We are happy to provide estimates on request. Estimates are not fixed prices and may change if clinical circumstances alter or additional treatment is required. We will aim to discuss any significant changes with you as soon as possible. A list of our most common prices can be found on our website Transparent Pricing and Compassionate Veterinary Care | The Vet Station Molesey
7. Payment terms
Payment is required at the time treatment is provided. This includes consultations, procedures, medication, diagnostics, and any other services or products supplied.
We reserve the right to refuse non emergency treatment if payment cannot be made at the time of service.
8. Insurance
If your pet is insured, you remain responsible for payment of all fees.
Where a direct insurance claim is requested, an administration fee of £30.00 will apply. This fee is payable regardless of the outcome of the claim.
If an insurer declines a claim, partially settles a claim, or applies exclusions, excesses, or policy limits, you are responsible for settling any outstanding balance in full.
Any assistance we provide with insurance claim forms is done in good faith and does not remove your responsibility to ensure accounts are paid in full.
9. Prescriptions and medicines
Prescription only medicines can only be supplied following a clinical assessment of your pet by one of our veterinary surgeons. Charges apply for prescriptions and medications supplied. Prescriptions may be issued for use elsewhere in accordance with current regulations.
10. Consent for treatment
By leaving your pet in our care, you consent to examination, diagnostic procedures, and treatment that we consider necessary in your pet’s best interests. Where possible, we will discuss treatment options and costs with you in advance.
11. Medical records and data
Clinical records remain the property of The Vet Station. Copies or summaries can be provided on request. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
12. Complaints
We are committed to providing a high standard of care and service. If you have any concerns, please refer to our Complaints Policy, available at the practice or on our website.
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded under law. Our liability in respect of services provided is otherwise limited to the extent permitted by law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available at the practice and on our website.
15. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
